In the market, for the supply and demand of IPhone 6 and 6 Plus are becoming hotter and hotter. For example in China, There are three main mobile companies: China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom. After six hours of booking time they all already get 200million order form, it’s just for 3 days of 1/5 of the starting area. Only China Unicom their booking already arrived 60million phone. In Korean their main products is Samsung however the supply of iPhone is the triple of the Galaxy Note 4. And in America, one of the main operators T-Mobile they said that at the beginning they are sealing iPhone, their sales volume is 1/2 of the whole company sales.

Although Apple is already successful now, however there are still some aspects maybe they can change in the future. Firstly for the aggressive expansion into new, emerging markets, such as Apple announces 25 stores in China. Secondly explore various retail channels to maximize potential sale and minimize risks in these growing markets. Finally, huge opportunity to build brand reputation and loyalty. And for the price, in my opinion they need sometimes decrease their price of product, because there are some people they comes from the city where is not very developed and they wants to get the Apple products. So if they decrease their price a little bit maybe there are more people can pay for the products, and this is can make them to get more profit. Another one they might change is the location, as we can seen above if they can change the price a little bit, there are some people from the developing city they can afford to by the products. So after they change the price, they can consider opening more retile store in the developing cities.

The last thing is new customer base of Apple, in my opinion nowadays there are more and more businessman can use Apple products, Apple not only have the Keynotes, Numbers on the laptop, but also now have Apple watch. People can link the watch with their phones, so whatever they are doing they can make the phone call, send the message and so on.

So as a high technology company, Apple need to do more creative in the future and the company can live in the market environment. And enlarge their potential consumer; not only young people but also all the age will use Apple products.
