hurts the school reputation and I might just not go there just because of this. This is being fixed and has been ever since. They fired everyone involved and included bigger restrictions and more supervision on the employees. This is signs that they are always improving and do not despair when something bad happens.

The second university I plan on applying to is University of California – Irvine. This university is located in Irvine, California. If you ask me why I want to go there, my first answer would be: Who wouldn’t want to study in California?! This is California that we’re speaking of. Everything is fun in California. Although that may also be the reason why I don’t go to California, because I might be distracted from studying and have too much fun.

UCI is also a public university, their classes are bigger and the campus is also bigger. As I stated above, I prefer big campuses and larger classes. I like the interaction between students and teachers when there are big classes. Also, if the class is a big class then there will be more respect and self-judgement on everything that you do. Anything you do has to be calculated. Usually, that’s how I act daily, but not how everyone else acts. I like when people think about what they are going to do before they do it since it bothers me less.

UCI has an acceptance rate of 38.7%. That means it is more competitive than PSU. I have a lesser chance of getting in. The average GPA is rather high and I doubt that I will be accepted, but I have to try right? Most colleges look into more than just GPA and test scores, they look into extracurricular activites and volunteer work. This is why I still have hope of entering this college.
