- What one concept from the lecture or the book did you find applicable to this case?

The concept of Globalization which is one of the ideas which I found applicable to the case of UBER observed through the Porters five competitive strategy and the IT Triangle Strategy. These are being analyzed and found with various incidents in the UBER case at different occasions. The UBER service is across 57 countries which do undoubtedly depict the company is globally expanding and spreading its wings. Using the Disruptive Business Model with the help of Porters five competitive strategy UBER is resolving the issues and building the future of the company and going across the horizons of the mission and accomplishing the vision of the enterprise.
