A company can shift to such a system if it has enough resources to install and train its employees. If a business has enough resources allocated to this project then it can maintain market leadership. On the contrary, if a business spends fewer resources in the installation, and implementation of the system. More resources are required to train employees on how to use the software and to ensure that employers and employees can access the data to increase the productivity of the business (Sudalaimuthu & Raj, 2009).
