The project scope for Sukhchain is to deliver the food to the customers to fulfill this Ontario tiffin will rent a van from U-Haul renting services on monthly bases. And his product requirement will be that the rented van will always in good condition and make sure that tiffins will be available to our customers on right time.

Tools, Environment, and Infrastructure

Ontario Tiffin’s will have well organized space including all the basic facilities such as electricity and water connection. OTS will be located in the industrial area so that the above mentioned amenities will be available at affordable cost and there will be less impact of Refrigeration and smoke on surrounding.

There will be a telephone order booking service located inside the facility. There will not be any specific tool but somewhere down the line, a well organized web portal is definitely on the cards.

Requirements Management

Assumptions/Constraints

New business is always based on assumptions and are bounded by constraints.. We always deal with them at every decision. Like our financial plan depends on following important assumptions:

- We assume direct food costs will be equal to or less than 30% of total direct costs. Labour costs and transportation costs will be 20% and 30% of total costs respectively.

- We also assume that 20% of total costs will be reserved to tackle the unknown risks in future time.

- We assume that there are no unforeseen changes in government grant funding availability.

- We assume a continued interest in using Ontario Tiffin Services by people of my culture living in Brampton, Mississauga and Scarborough.

Requirements Definition

The very first requirement of Ontario Tiffin’s is space. We will rent a space for the establishment of OTS. After renting we will buy our own virgin cooking utensils and equipments like Refrigerators, stove, ovens etc. Next step is the storage of raw material. As our name indicates Tiffin’s, the main raw materials for Ontario Tiffin’s are vegetable so there will be mandatory cold storage so that perishable item will be stored conveniently. One of the important requirements of Ontario Tiffin is human resource and the top of it, The Chef. Without whom we cannot think ahead. We will contact the employment agency to arrange the best cook and other team members. Last but not least the transportation. We will rent a vehicle for this. We have promised to maintain the Canadian Food Standard to fulfill that we will apply for license, after getting the license we will start our delicious service.

Requirements Traceability

Feedback is only tool that we will use to identify the requirements of Ontario Tiffin’s. We will take the opinion of our customer biweekly and tries to implement the same after taking the suggestion of team members.
