At first business executives saw process improvements from SIP, but after even just a few employees left, benefits fell off and became inconsistent. With the e*Logistics program, best practice from SIP are baked into the organization and institutionalized to achieve that continuous transformation.” How do the systems that comprise the e*Logistics program bake in an institutionalized best practice?

SIP (Sales and Installation Process) recognized the best practices from the best deals workplaces as standard procedures over the association and it was trailed by the workers working around then yet when those representatives left the procedure got to be inadequate as the new workers were unconscious of these practices. But with the initiation of e-logistic program the best practices were incorporated into the system and were made the only way of working. Bousbib wanted good service-management by its employees, and OTISLINE and REM permitted great support of be given to their clients. Furthermore, e-Logistics ran well, permitting the bringing down of expenses and time taken to fulfil customer's necessities
