ProCare is a well-round software that assists with correct, well-organized and stress-free to use and run a fruitful and constructive business. The founders will be able to produce and read reports with accurate information and make changes as needed. Employees will be able to have access to all children information, take attendance and classroom management, send out notices to the parents, clock-in and out. Parents will be able to get information through a mobile app such as leaving messages to employees, review and print statements and tax information, review daily notes and pay online. ProCare was designed to assist with time management and to make things easier. Everyone were given a survey on how they like ProCare so far and everyone likes the service. With ProCare growing with technology this will sure help the organization stay up on the technology end but will are still in the process of figuring out how to store and keep up with our paper files and information. You never know if we will ever need to switch back, so we want to be safe than sorry.

Conclusion

In conclusion, when looking to emerging technology into your organization, you must know what vision met. All organization doesn’t require the same technology programs or devices so that would have to figure out by the CEO or founders of the organization. Most times organizations are looking for things that will assist with them spending less time but are more productive. Customers and stakeholders are the focus so when choosing things; they must have some input or a way to provide feedback. That will keep everyone connect and have an open communication line.

ProCare has helped solve our record keeping along with other issues we had before moving to the software. There is a lot of support from their customer services and will stay on the phone to walk you through any process that you may not understand. The system allows you to provide to training and will assist you in training. We are now running our entire organization through ProCare, and it’s much easier, and you can access from anywhere. The employees and parents are also excited because they have access to reports and information they no longer must sit and wait. We still are a little old fashion; paper files and information are still used.
