Leaders also need to keep an eye on their own workplace communication on social media. Leader can use social media to engage with employees, customers and investors, also it can receive feedback from employees to smooth the implementation process of strategic planning. Apart from deploying its advantage, leader need to aware the risks behind it. The risk can be grouped into three categories, which are managing blurry social capital, intellectual capital and progress (Dutta,2010).

Social media are changing the way employees work and management model leaders use. They give employees a more effective and richer channel for information exchange. Leaders also benefit from getting new, low-cost tool publicize personal brand and engaging conversion with stakeholders. But both employees and leaders need to take it seriously to head off any risks.
