When a distribution plan is agreed upon, either the third party remediary that oversaw the meeting will enforce the new agreed upon distribution plan, or the governments of each individual nation will carry out the plan under the strict guidance of the remediary. This plan would take place immediately or as soon as possible after agreeance, and be put into action around access points of the Nile. To ensure fair use, the intake of water will be monitored and tracked by the remediary by a set period of time until it is no longer necessary, or until the nations can do so on their own in a productive and efficient manner.

Egypt advocates that of militaristic intervention as a means of a solution to the water shortages around the Nile. Obviously, this a narrow-sighted and lacking solution, if one could even remotely call military conflict a solution to something that can be peacefully negotiated. The aforementioned and proposed solution would benefit the nations in a few ways. Foremost, it would theoretically solve the water problems, or at least facilitate in the remedy of said problems without militaristic conflict from any of the nations. In addition, it would set a foundation for water regulation throughout the Nile and its surrounding areas and possibly influence other regions around the world with similar issues regarding water consumption and regulation. On a larger scale we as humanity must be more conscious of our water situation across the globe, and proceed with our future in the forefront of our minds, so as that we may prosper as a collection rather than as individuals.
