Although there are several tools to identify the mismatching of product development and research portfolio but we will use systemic and comprehensive process to make review analysis.

The RC colastarted to focus on brand awareness among customers. They targeted youth as it comprises major population of the country. The company used local distributors and retailers. After building trust with local retailers the company started to push retailers to increase the sell of product. Through this the company aggregated total demand. The company also integrated with local distributors and focused only on manufacturing side. This made them specialized and focused on manufacturing.
