not know the concepts for the exam. So you fail the first time then you get assistance and you start to understand the concepts a little more than before you still fail the second time. So you make a choice to do extra studying and put in a lot of hard work to understand the concepts and the third time you finally past the exam. Because of the extra hard work you finally past the exam because you put in extra effort.

The third reason is that your hard work can be an example for others to overcome and succeed through their own challenges and situations. Meaning that putting in hard work and effort can show through yourself and give the people that see you being hard-working a primary example of what it takes to be successful. Also it shows what it takes to overcome challenges. Showing the steps needed to take to get pass these situations. For example seeing my work ethic if I’m a professional basketball player and my work ethic results in individual success for me. Then you will try to copy that exact same work ethic which may result in overall team success and a trend for that team and so on.

In conclusion “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard” this quote clearly supports this conviction of hard work being needed for success. Because with hard work and effort you can face past struggles that prevented you to succeed and finally overcoming the past struggles. Also your hard work can be an example and opens a window for others to succeed and overcome their challenges. So I ask for the final time Is hard work needed success?
