The rights we now know as “Miranda Rights,” introduced a new verb into police language “Mirandize.” “Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966) just happened to be listed as the first of three cases considered together by the Supreme Court” (Ernesto Arturo Miranda (1941-1976) the Name "Miranda"). This landmark decision is why now when police detain a suspect you will hear them recite these famous words known as the Miranda Rights: “You have the right to remain silent if you give up the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney and to have the attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed for you” (Ernesto Arturo Miranda (1941-1976) the Name "Miranda"). The Miranda warning removes any speculations that may be established while assessing each individual's understanding of their rights granted by the Federal Constitution of the United States.

Ernesto Miranda was in and out of prison his whole life for a variety of different charges. He was a sexually abused child which caused him to be the perverted abuser he was according to some sources. He was released from prison in 1972 after serving eleven years for kidnapping and rape, in the year that followed he returned to prison several times for many differents charges before being killed in a knife fight over a petty poker game.The man that stabbed him to death never did any time for the killing of Ernesto Miranda, because he was not “Mirandize” correctly.
