Threats:

The major threat that the company faces are the substitute available for their products in the market by the competitive companies. Moreover the company which provided technology to the LMW Company established itself in the business in India.

4. Tows matrix and future strategies:

The tows analysis describes four situations where there is two different situations from the SWOT analysis are combined.

SO- it is maxi-maxi strategy. The company should focus on the planning development and workforce and the market opportunities.

WO- it is the minimaxi strategy. Here the company should note down its weaknesses of the labor and production planning and competition markets and focus on the market opportunities to overcome these weaknesses.

ST- it is the maxi-mini strategy. The company must use its strength of the technology and workforce to overcome the threats by the marketing more of its products and creating awareness.

WT- it is the mini-mini strategy. It is the most unfortunate condition for the company. Here the company should merge with other companies to survive.

CONCLUSION:

The company made a very good start but could not cope up with the competition of the market and could not fulfill its promises to its investors. Marketing is a very good strategy to create awareness among the people about the company. It is one of the essential strategies to establish itself in the market. The company should focus on marketing and improvement of its products and technologies with the help of the research and development department. This will help in the success of the business.
