Thus, the customer database developed by the hotel organization can be changed into useful information about them. Unlike any other industry, the hotel industry is highly competitive because of the number of hotels opening up these days, therefore, in order to do well the organizations in the hotel industry has to be highly competitive. Therefore, it is very important for these organizations to study the behavioral patterns of the customers in terms of repurchase so that they are able to retain their customers and make them last longer and also loyal to their organization. Consequently, it can be said that the high ambitions of the hotel organizations can only be achieved if they implement proper CRM strategies which will help them to generate a useful relationship between them and the customers. (Mohammed & Rashid, 2017)

It can be said without a doubt that growth in acquisition costs of the customers, their high expectations, uncertain market, growth of price sensitive consumers and decrease in brand loyalty are the main features of the hotel industry which forces the organizations to pay utmost attention on adopting CRM strategies for their sustainability and growth. Therefore, it can be concluded that CRM is the most effective way in hotel industry to gain more customers and gain more profits.
