Major considerations regarding the ACA on health care within Learning Team C involves this act not providing enough coverage for all Americans while still costing a lot versus there needing to be an improvement in health care coverage no matter the costs. Essentially, we all feel there needs to be some form of program that assists Americans in receiving basic medical care; however, for the ACA to be that program there needs to be a universal health coverage that will provide a basic level of health care for all. This could be done through a multi-tiered system, where the government pays some of the costs and individuals or employers pay some (Cain, 2016). While there are mixed feelings on the change the ACA has on health care, if changes were made to ensure universal health care without raising health care costs the probability of acceptance would increase.

Identifies when the chosen subject affected the health care industry. Includes identification of any other events or effects that were direct results of this time in health care evolution. The Affordable Care Act became was passed on March 23, 2010 changing the landscape of healthcare as we knew it. The primary reason that brought the ACA to effect was the need for a legal framework that could provide basic protections for health consumers. The law, is an effort to rework the relationship between consumers and the health care system. These protections included; universal guarantee to affordable health insurance, reduce the number of uninsured and increase Medicaid enrollment. The law ultimately provided insurance coverage for ninety-five percent of the U.S. population (Rosenbaum, 2011). There was a recognition for the improvement of fairness, quality of care and reducing costs for health insurance coverage. The second aim was to improve the value of healthcare, efficiency strategies while also reducing wasteful spending and making care more customized to diverse cultural groups. The third aim was to increase consumer and provider awareness to the importance of preventative care, as the market previously did not have a focused reward strategy for consumers who participated in preventative care. The fourth aim was to make substantial investments in expanding clinical preventive care, public health and clinical infrastructure. ConclusionThis paper addressed the Affordable Health Care Act and its effect on the health care systems; how it has changed conveyance of human services; how this change affected the nature of consideration; regardless of whether societal convictions and qualities impacted this change, provided that this is true, how and why; and how this change influenced the perspectives of the group with respect to the conveyance of the degree of care. We highlighted human services divisions, regions, or attributes that have changed the conveyance of value care. Incorporated a course of events that distinguishes when the ACA influenced the social insurance industry, in health care advancement.
