If Tri-World follows this model of change and makes the necessary adjustments, it will become a force to reckoned with in the market. This model will help to solve the management issues which are threatening to destroy the company. Management is the backbone of any organization and in order for the business to be a true success it must have a strong backbone and a workforce that is willing to do what is necessary to succeed and stay on top. It is imperative that Tri-World incorporates an overhaul of their internal structure and begin training and implementing these changes immediately.
In today’s fast changing world of business with new technological innovations and the big push toward globalization Tri-World must adapt to continue to grow. The need for change will always be there and the management and staff must be informed and educated to continue to be able to compete and keep up with new technologies and methods of production. All employees should be encouraged to work together in an effort to lift employee morale and make the environment more customer service friendly, happy employees mean happy customers and more profits.
Lifting employee morale will not only make a more a positive work place but will lead to increased productivity and enthusiasm about the job and customers who Tri-World graphics serves. In conclusion, it is the recommendation of this firm to implement the above mentioned changes and training programs to increase the profitability and resolve management issues within the organization.
After analyzing and observing the management and staff here at Tri-World it became apparent that management and lack of a true organizational structure are keeping Tri-World from expanding and growing at a faster pace.
