It can not be denied that the success of the Cadbuby factory was given by the way employees were treated by the owners; cooperation was the basis of business. The workers were treated as human beings; they were treated as equals to themselves and as co-owners of the factory (Samuel, 2016) Although most of the approaches to the welfare of Cadbury’s workers are already been used nowadays, the Corporate Social Responsibility practitioners of today as well as multinational enterprises still need to learn a lot from the way John and George Cadbury led their company. Because they used the profit to benefit the community in which they are located as they believed that profits must be used to develop the community. They believed that workers should be led rather than driven, that the workers must be treated as partners in progress, because employees are fundamental in shaping the organizational culture of a company.
