Asiacell has went through this when it was first introduced and since it was the only mobile telecom at that time, it increased the initial demand easily. the second stage is the growth, in which the company add new users. The third stage is the maturity in which the company add new uses. Asiacell is at the maturity in which they changed the packaging and they added new services and different types of Sim Card. Now they have the silver Sim Card which has 25% of discount for the first six months. Also, they added the service of internet with variety according to the users preferences. The last stage is the sales decline in which the sales for the product decline. Companies try to stay at this stage and adding a lot of advertising to remind people that they still in the market. Asiacell for sure has been gone through all these stages and experienced it. Now the company’s customers has been increase from 10.6 million in 2013 to 12.6 million in 2014. This means that there is a growth of 16% in the number of users.
