Management of Innovation
By being a step ahead will ensure new ways into the organization. Always innovate. We can only be ahead once we know how to upgrade to existing systems or add value or create a new way to increase efficiency and effectiveness. By being innovative you can save cost to company and spending. Brainstorming amongst people to create the best possible solution to problems and developing new ways.

Management of People
Ensuring an effective way of managing people you need to value the employees as they are adding value to the organisation. Ensure to give recognition for good work is very important. By influencing employees the way they need to act and see within the organisation is also very important. Upskill and developing of employees will increase productivity and loyalty. You need to communicate clearly and make decisions so that employees know exactly what you expect from them.

Managing the Systems way
Managing the systems way will give a broader view of the company and all departments in it. According to Shawn Grimsley I have learnt that by overseeing all parts and how things fall in place will give you a better understanding of what needs to change or developed. The decisions that will be implemented will have a positive effect on all areas. By doing this you will have identified patterns in the organization and will be easier getting to the solutions. In this case Critical thinking is very important. (S.Grimsley 2016:1)
Conclusion
By having all the correct information about Management and Leadership development styles and doing research on different techniques, I will know my management characteristics in order to manage. I will be implementing the styles in my work place in so manner that I can be excellent in what I do. Making effective decisions and being creative with techniques will help my organization to add value to current processes and developing new concept and ideas. Being innovative and seeing the bigger picture can help me finding the patterns and helping me to solve problems in my company.
