Promotion and Distribution
Currently we offer only a few promotions including ads in local telephone ads to appeal to customers above age 50, and web based advertising that targets the majority of our customers.
Our web based advertising includes two search engine methods hosted by Dex and Google that allows for affordable and efficient advertising that helps route customers to our website.
In the future when we have expanded our business we will opt for a more serious method of advertising.
Operations and Support
Quality Targets
For irrigation installation, we use top quality parts that make use of plastics that neither corrode or dilapidate when installed correctly and copper and brass parts for high pressure areas of systems. Commercially, we must follow specifications on use of parts and installation methods with periodic inspections.
Technology Requirements
We require no major technologies.
Service Support
Due to the nature of our business, very little is required in the way of service support with one exception. Occasionally customer emergencies arise, such as a leak, and we can offer guidance to the customer on how to shut off the water to isolate the particular area and avoid cutting off water to the house.
