The wages paid 24 cents per hours that is below the minimum wages of 33 cents per hours in standard as well. That is violation made by Ohio Art Company and they need to improve by increasing worker salaries and setting the working hours as standards. There should be proper employment contracts including about the benefits of workers such as pensions, medical benefits, providing the good meals and accommodations that the company is doing the right and proper manner on the employment. Before working together with China manufacture, Ohio Art Company must do the checklist for the practices and norms of the operations of the China’s manufacturer. Once the company understands the norms and practices they should have to take the legal actions and defined that how much company can be doing and what treatments can be providing to employees and what is not then they can be incorporated. During the operations, the Ohio Art Company should conduct the auditing or monitoring. Hire the managers who know well about the local culture, norms and practices. The management of the company should have a responsibility to make a best business with respect of their values and code of ethics, develop the competitive market and transform into the firmly legal documents. If the Kin Ki is failure to do what they agreed and make a contract legally the company should terminate the contract.
