Is a movie where we can see a serial many things that carry a farmer and a women in seek of grounds for cultivate and new life from Ireland to Boston, United States.
Undoubtedly, this film shows us how it is that there is a difference between social classes of that time. Joshep and Shannon both chasing a dream, but they have to work together because of the circumstances, because they are stolen and no money and they have to search work, how to survive. When they were in Ireland thought that live on this side of the world it was easier.
This film we can appreciate how was the life in North American, the work, rules, society; an aspect that we must consider is the relation people with work as observed that is an strict model because no one could make something without advice his boss, but this only no at work also in the government, because politics are very closed, if you want to do something you were forced advice. This model we can call bureaucratic, because exist narrows mind, a lot of dependence of boss, very strict politics and laws, in a few words this system is very authoritarian.
We know that model was very closed, but times have changed; well no entirely, but in this age the work has changed we can appreciate with a new models, new forms work up in government, many think that models must change, because when have a model very close, there are many problems as a series of steps are followed no optimization, a consequence is inefficient work.
Not all organizations can change his model, but they can do attempt, maybe something dynamic as this model has been to have an efficiency, why not a model like a Google use, but I said, no all organizations, only organizations that can adopt, as has benefits; efficient work , work team, an another more. We know that model is only for organizations that use technology because they need new ideas to innovate; they employ a system where his employees should always be relaxed to create new things.
Finally, we imagine that a many organizations have a different system but respecting the head, but politics more flexible, remove authoritarianism, all people that work in there would be most productive, and the organization will suit, more productivity, more profits, clear this is not an easy task because is expensive but benefits can be many.
